The Interstrength® training program includes The Self-Discovery Process® which offers a range of tools to help you identify your leadership strengths and your blind spots. It allows you to develop more effective communication strategies and work more successfully in teams.

Barry Consultants will be running the Interstrength® training program in 2009. Workshops can be held in your own workplace or at an independent venue.
